Tech Tuesday - Barco Clickshare

In this Tech Tuesday, we take a look at the Clickshare system, an easy-to-use, one-touch operation screen-sharing system from our vendor partner, Barco.

 How it Works

The Barco Clickshare is a wireless presentation system that offers screen-sharing capabilities using a laptop or mobile device. It allows for seamless collaboration, straightforward IT integration and is compatible with meeting rooms of all sizes.

There are two components to this system: the receiver and the button, and when it comes to simplicity, Barco ClickShare takes the cake. It works with a room's existing set-up and instantly connects a screen, speakers and microphone. The button is a portable, USB-connected switch that plugs into whatever device a user may bring into the room, and allows for instant collaboration by sharing material with one or all of the participating devices.

Ideal Use Case

Clickshare is an incredibly versatile product and is an ideal system for any space that facilitates BYOD meetings. It offers remote capabilities, and because all communications are encrypted, security is never a concern.
